Por medio del presente le informo que finalizó el reconocimiento de la mercancia el cual adjunto para su información. Por favor confirmar con su proveedor dado a que se encontraron unas novedades las cuales son:

- La Referencia XKBF-01458 que en la factura dice que vienen 10 unidades, no se encontró fisicamente en la carga. Ver item 18 del reconocimiento y las observaciones de la parte de abajo del reconocimiento.


- La Referencia 31Y1-09860 no se encuentra reflejada en la factura. Ver item 28 del reconocimiento y las observaciones de la parte de abajo del reconocimiento.

- La Referencia XKBF-00038 no se encuentra reflejada en la factura. Ver item 29 del reconocimiento y las observaciones de la parte de abajo del reconocimiento.


* Asi mismo le informo que la factura que se encontró con la carga parece una copia por ende solicitar al proveedor que envie una en excelente calidad sin firmas ni sellos y adicional que las referencias que no estan reflejadas en la factura la reflejen y de igual forma si no enviaron las unidades de la referencia XKBF-01458 las omitan de la factura. O se puede usar esta factura que enviaron pero que la envien sin firmas y en excelente calidad y se deja como faltante ese Item que no se encontró fisicamente y que generen una nueva factura por las dos referencias que no estan reflejadas en la factura.


Adicional por favor colaborarnos con la descripcion de la mercancia por este medio: (Uso, función., descripción completa de la mercancía en español).
