In the District Educational institution Fontibon, building a curriculum which sets standards Property English, English standards of Empowered Media, based on the curriculum guidelines established by the Ministry of Education, where the prevailing intended interest in the use of the foreign language as a tool in the globalization process and approach to other cultures. A number of theories are established in these curricular guidelines on what to teach, through the communicative approaches, methodologies, standards, assessment methods, use of ICT, to training needed by the teacher.
