SEPTIMA: VIGENCIA
Este instrumento tendrá una vigencia de cinco años contados a partir de la fecha de su firma, y será prorrogado automáticamente por periodos iguales, a menos que se logre la suscripción de un convenio interinstitucional con el objeto descrito en la presente carta de intención, o una de las partes comunique a la otra, por escrito y con seis meses de antelación, su intención de darlo por terminado.

Para el caso de terminación, ambas partes tomarán las medidas necesarias para evitar perjuicios tanto a ellas como a terceros, en el entendido que deberán continuar hasta su conclusión, las acciones ya iniciadas.









OCTAVA: INTERPRETACIONES Y CONTROVERSIAS
Esta carta de intención es producto de la buena fe, razón por la cual los conflictos que se presentaran en cuanto a su interpretación, formalización y cumplimiento, serán resueltos de común acuerdo por las partes.
Estando conformes las partes con el contenido y alcances del presente convenio, lo firman en dos ejemplares, igualmente validos, en la ciudad de Piura-Perú, a los 05 Días del mes de Septiembre del 2011.

SEVENTH: ENTRY INTO FORCEThis instrument will have a term of five years counted from the date of its signature and will be automatically extended for equal periods, unless is achieved the signing of an interinstitutional agreement with the object described in this letter of intent, or parties communicates to the other, in writing, six months in advance , its intention to so terminate.In the case of termination, both parties shall take appropriate measures to prevent damages both to them and to third parties, on the understanding that should continue to its conclusion, the actions already initiated.EIGHTH: INTERPRETATIONS AND CONTROVERSIES This letter of intent is good faith, reason by which conflicts that arose as to its interpretation, formalization and fulfillment, will be resolved by mutual agreement by the parties.Being compliant parts with the content and scope of this Convention, they signed in two copies, equally valid, in the city of Piura, 05 days of the month of September 2011.

In the case of termination, both Parties shall take the necessary measures to prevent damage both to them and to others, in the understanding that should continue until its conclusion, the measures already initiated. EIGHTH: INTERPRETATION AND CONTROVERSIES This letter of intent is the product of good faith, which is why the conflicts which arise in terms of interpretation, formalization and compliance, shall settled by mutual agreement of the parties. With the parties comply with the content and scope of this agreement is signed in duplicate, equally valid, in the city of Piura, Peru, to 05 days of September 2011.
